Sunny is a master loctician; known for developing innovative techniques and displaying creative artistic ability with timeless styles.
In 2011 Sunny experienced financial hardship which resulted in homelessness.
During this transition, she would live in a shelter while working as a mobile stylist.
Sunny established relationships with many people from various walks of life during this time.
Some career professionals, celebrities, some were also homeless;
and some of which were recovering from a life of drugs, crime, and other issues.
She began to help them through their process with her life changing transformations.
By learning to repair and save loc conditions that were seemingly beyond hope;
She aided in boosting their confidence and self esteem,
The transformations were so breath taking and life changing,
that they literally shocked the city, and the masses came from near and far.
So much so, that Sunny quickly became the people's favorite and was
noted as a Atlanta's very own “Miracle Worker” and prescribed as “The Dread/Loc Doctor”.
She later relocated to Nashville where she quickly became a people's favorite
she now travels the country healing and transforming lives with her amazing spirit and techniques.
Loc Repair wasn't a thing so it wasn't popular then and it wasn't taught in any school.
Sunny created and perfected several techniques and over the years, her knowledge and skills
have developed into Master status, as she now teaches many other stylist across the country.
Needless to say that “Loc Repair” and has become her #1 SPECIALTY
in addition to her ability to Loc and maintain “ALL HAIR TEXTURES”.
Her working knowledge now attracts clients from all over the country,
hoping to be revived by the hands of “The Dread/Loc Doc”.
